Old Bavarian sauna village

Our finnish mountain sauna is located outside in the sauna garden! 
Especially for established sauna freaks, hotheads and everybody,
who like it hot. Typical for this sauna is the high
temperature (90° C) and the low air humidity.

Organic herb stub´m sauna with light therapy! 
For all who want a milder temperature of approx. 60° C with high
air humidity. Ideal for more sensitive natures and sauna novices.

This inhalation bath is a benefit for your lungs, bronchial tubes and the entire respiratory system.

Real herbs are steamed in the special bath oven.
This is a circulation-friendly way of sweating (50° C),
the body can be cleansed and strengthened, which was
also used by churches and monasteries in the past.

In our health cabin with deep warmth the body will be activated at a temperature of 30° - 40° C.
Infrared increases the blood circulation of the spinal muscles and effects:
detoxification and purification, activation of the metabolism,
Promotes blood circulation, muscle relaxation and strengthens the immune system.

A benefit for your lungs is the inhalation of
released essences from Bavarian mountain brine and the
Birch twigs that are doused with spring water.
