From these ingredients, our chef Florian and his team conjure up the most delicious dishes on your plate every day.

As a partner company of the association LandGenuss Bayerwald we are directly supported by farmers from the district of Cham
We are supplied with regional and natural products, so our potatoes ripen on fields around our beautiful village Arnschwang.

With a lot of passion and dedication, our kitchen team under the direction of chef Florian unites
who, among other things, has already provided for the well-being of the professional players of FC Bayern Munich under the kitchen management of Alfons Schuhbeck,the traditional Bavarian with the modern, nutrition-conscious cuisine.
