The local tourism tax is

chrildren from 7 to 17 years: € 0,50,– per day

pets:

Pets can be accepted only by prior arrangement and are only possible in the room type "Weidenröschen".
(No access to the dining and lounges and the entire wellness & sauna area, garden.)

Charge for your pet per day without food is € 17,-.
Possible final cleaning is € 50,-.

check-in & check-out

check-in:
Your booked room is available from 3 pm.
You are welcome to use our naturSPA already from 1 pm free of charge.
If you arrive earlier, we ask for your understanding that we charge € 35,- per person for the use of our naturSPA.
check-out:
On the day of departure we ask our guests to release the rooms by 11 am at the latest.
DaySPA on the day of departure possible at any time: € 35,- per person

weekend stay:

Minimum stay on weekend: 2 nights
1 night on weekends (Fri. to Sat. or Sat. to Sun.)
and public holidays can only be booked at short notice 14 days before the start of the trip, subject to availability and a
a surcharge of € 10,- per person.

doubleroom as singleroom:

Surcharge € 20,- per day / nature room

Unfortunately it is not always possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor.

bed & breakfast:

If you book only bed and breakfast,
the price per adult is reduced by € 7,- and per child by € 5,-.

You can pay the invoice in cash, by debit card or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa-Card).
Deposit:
Is not required, but if you would like to make a deposit, please let us know by writing an email at info@brunner-hof.de. We will be happy to send you a deposit invoice

regular discount:

From the 4th stay our regular guests get the following discounts with a minimum stay of 3 nights:

from 3 nights: 3 % regular guest discount on the daily price
from 5 nights: 5 % regular guest discount additionally on the already reduced daily price
from 7 nights: 7 % regular guest discount in addition to the already reduced daily price

These discounts are not combinable with our offers, group rates or packages, except for beauty and wellness treatments and our Christmas and New Year's Eve week.

cancellation policy, cancellation fees & travel cancellation insurance:

Cancellation fee:

up to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 10% of the trip price
up to 21. day before travel beginning: 20% of the travel price
up to 11. day before travel beginning: 40% of the travel price
up to the 7th day before departure: 60% of the tour price
thereafter: 90% of the tour price
We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance in case of a longer stay.
